🧬 Business Overview

LoveMeCNA provides professional, confidential, and mobile DNA testing services for legal and personal purposes. We specialize in paternity, immigration, infidelity, and other family relationship testing, offering clients the convenience of testing at their home, workplace, or designated location.

✅ 1. Client Eligibility

• Clients must be 18 years or older to request testing unless a parent/guardian is present.

• Valid government-issued ID is required for legal testing.

• Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian with proper documentation.

📆 2. Scheduling Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day appointments are available based on technician availability and location.

• Clients will receive a confirmation text/email upon booking.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold the appointment.

🚗 3. Mobile Testing Protocol

• Technician will arrive at the scheduled location within a 15-minute window.

• Technician will verify client identity and obtain consent prior to collecting samples.

• For legal tests, chain of custody documents will be signed and witnessed.

• Sample collection typically takes 15–30 minutes.

• If the client is not present within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment is marked a no-show (see cancellation policy).

🧾 4. Chain of Custody

• All legal tests follow strict chain of custody procedures to ensure court-admissible results.

• Samples are securely packaged and labeled at the time of collection.

• Documentation is completed on-site and submitted with the samples to the certified laboratory.

• Any tampering or falsification of identity voids the test and may result in refusal of service

💳 6. Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services.

• No test will be submitted to the lab until full payment is received.

❌ 7. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time.

• A no-show fee of $25 may apply if the client is unavailable or cancels at the time of arrival.

• Appointments may be rescheduled once without an additional deposit.

• Technicians follow proper sanitation and PPE protocols during all appointments.

• Clients are encouraged to disclose any known contagious illnesses prior to the appointment.

• LoveMeCNA reserves the right to decline service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
